All products sold on this website are digital downloads (such as wedding planner PDFs and web app access). Once the download link is provided, returns are not accepted. If you receive a damaged or unopenable file, or if payment is completed but no download link is received, please contact our customer service email within seven days and we will resend the file or assist with the issue at no cost. Refunds for NewebPay transactions will be processed as credit card reversals within eighty-nine calendar days after the settlement date, in accordance with NewebPay's policies. Orders paid through Lemon Squeezy are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's policies.
